These works are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws, and unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
2. Permitted Use
You are permitted to:
View artwork and products on the site for personal use.
Purchase physical copies (prints, stickers, cards, etc.) for non-commercial, personal use only.

3. Tattoo Design Usage
All custom tattoo designs and flash tattoos provided by the artist are licensed for individual use only by the paying client. These designs may not be copied, shared, or reused by other parties or tattoo artists.
Unauthorized use of tattoo designs—whether for personal or commercial tattooing—is a violation of copyright law and will be pursued accordingly.
4. Reporting Infringement

5. Enforcement
the artist reserves the right to take legal action against individuals or businesses who infringe upon these copyright terms, including but not limited to DMCA takedowns, cease-and-desist letters, and civil litigation under Canadian copyright law.
